Major Home Renovation

When Lori and Wayne decided to retire in Solomons, they searched for a house not realizing their find would require a major renovation to make it into the home they desired and one they could share with friends and family.

Chris Turner enhanced their architectural drawings to include a breezeway patio with pavers and a spacious two-car garage and shed that matched the design of the garage. Also included in the major renovation, was a 12 foot expansion of the back of the house, addition of dormers to increase the height of the second floor, and remodeling the kitchen, master bedroom and bath.
