"Chris Turner didn’t simply build an addition onto our house, he crafted a space that gave us an entirely new home, inside and out, and we didn’t have to pack up and move from a location we love to get it.

We’ve been talking about an addition for years, but we procrastinated as we worried about the ‘bother’ of it all. We worried about the mess, about an addition looking like it was added-on, about how we would manage such a huge process, and about the time and the budget. But with Chris on the job, no such worrying ever happened.

With only a few cryptic descriptions of our likes and dislikes, Chris fashioned an addition that looks like it’s original to the house and a porch that has improved the curb appeal tenfold – a benefit we hadn’t planned on and one that brings a smile to our faces every time we pull into the driveway.

Throughout the construction Chris kept us informed of the next steps and his subcontractor schedules. His good-nature and cordial demeanor invited open discussion on changes and options along the way. Though we knew Chris was working on other projects, he made us feel our project was his top priority. He treated our existing home with the utmost care as well — making sure there was as little disruption as possible to the existing space and keeping a clean and orderly construction area inside and out.

Chris added over 500 square feet to our home and he did so on-time and within budget. He managed the entire project wonderfully and not once did he give us pause to think back to those old worries. In fact, so at ease were we with the project, we enjoyed a week-long vacation without once thinking about the construction going on in our absence.
