Exceptionally reliable and expert at his craft. Chris’ ability to first navigate the challenges of Calvert’s critical area permitting, then execute the complete overhaul of an early ‘60s cottage, construct a new out building and put an addition on our house far exceeded our expectations.

He passed every inspection the first time around. Some of the many noteworthy aspects of Chris’ performance include: keeping a very clean worksite; handling all aspects of the many subcontractors involved; incorporating all of our mid-construction changes; and going the extra step to ensure every detail was covered.

He maintained a perpetual can-do positive attitude and was always very quick to respond to our questions. The end product is fabulous and truly complete.
